“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night.

“There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. “Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience
At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price.
Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms……

“We stayed at a studio. It is roomy for two people. Air conditioner works even though you do not need it most of the time (in March). The staff is nice and friendly. Host is very responsive.
