“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall.

“There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price.
Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms……
