"Dirty, terrible neighborhood, walls and floors are digusting. I can’t believe a 5-year old hotel can be so won down. The front desk person at check-in was very pleasant. I booked this due to a cancellation for a connecting flight- expedia listed it as having a shuttle. No shuttle. This cost is almost $100 round trip to get to and from the airport. Just pay another $100 and stay somewhere that isn’t a dump. The morning front desk guy sat there when there was no coffee in the dispenser, trash filled to the brim in the basket. He tried to get us a car service after our Yellow Cab was taking forever. The driver lied to him and said it would take 5-10 min. After 10 he said 8 more minutes. We cancelled it and got an Uber in 1 min. There were s*x workers coming out of the building in droves too. If I were the company, I would rethink keeping this place open."

"This hotel is horrible. You walk in and the lobby looks ok and that is where the good ends. The staff is rude. The rooms are disgusting and smell like stale cigarettes. There are burn marks on the mattresses and blankets. The shower was filthy, the ac barely worked, the towels were all stained so we didn't even use the shower. The walls had stuff splattered on them and were filthy. There were people up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and were extremely loud even though the hotel claims to have "soundproofed rooms". Worst hotel I've ever stayed at."

"Perfect for overnight stop near JFK - only a 10-15 min transit via free shuttle service. Room was clean and functional and bed very comfy. Room had slight smell but nothing unpleasant. Staff were polite. Shower head wasn’t the best at distributing water and the sink took forever to drain the water. You need to board the Airtrain and get to Federal Circle station (one stop from T8) for shuttle pick up. Not a big problem but had to call hotel to get this instruction and they didn’t immediately pick up - would have been nice to have received this information up front, along with booking. Poor breakfast choice but then it is a budget Inn designed for quick stopovers. Water available from vending machine only."

"I would like to recognize the front desk staff member who assisted us during our stay. He was extremely polite, respectful, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel welcome and did his best to assist us whenever we needed help. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was completely different. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There was confusion regarding complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff was willing to provide the water as a courtesy, but the manager immediately intervened and insisted on charging us, which was disappointing and embarrassing. What concerned me even more was his behavior toward my wife. In front of me and other guests, he made inappropriate personal remarks, including saying “I love you” to my wife. As a guest staying at the hotel, I found this highly unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt uneasy and concerned about the environment during our stay. A hotel manager represents the property and should treat all guests with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. The excellent service provided by the front desk staff was unfortunately overshadowed by the manager’s conduct. I hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed by senior management to ensure future guests do not experience similar treatment."
