Nidia, and the property, continue to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect (easily accessible to DC), and a fabulous apartment all around. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Nidia is a perfect host, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and checking in to ensure that our stay was perfect. Excellent property! Very clean and quiet. I would recommend arriving during the day, even with detailed directions, we had a difficult time locating the entrance in the back. The bed is also very comfortable. If you have any issues with steps, there are a few to go up to access the studio. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

This charming VRBO home has absolutely everything one needs for a perfect day in the DC area. Situated just outside of the chaos of the city, this home is an absolute retreat itself. The grounds are *stunning* and the home inside is perfectly appointed. Nidia was amazing and helped me through multiple shifts in plans. I already have several other stays booked, and am just so lucky to have found this gem! Thanks Nidia!

Secluded and quiet

Our second visit and it is still one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Springfield/D.C. Nice kitchenette and everything was supplied. Beautiful yard with table and chairs, lots of birds and nice landscaping. It is a nice respite from the area's density and traffic - very quiet.

A rather new addition to the owner’s home, but private with its own entry way. Charming 3-room unit with comfortable bed, great shower and other amenities that makes it one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and by far, the cleanest. The hostess was very pleasant and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Beyond Lovely

The apartment is immaculate and was a wonderful home base for concert going and sightseeing. Even more wonderful was the outdoor space -- comfortable and beautiful surroundings with privacy. One of the absolute best experiences we've had.

Graduation getaway

The property is immaculately maintained. The patio, and yard are particularly beautiful. A very comfortable bed along with a lovely sitting area, and a mini kitchen, makes this an ideal retreat.The area is quiet, and peaceful. Easy to get to main highways with restaurants and shopping near by.Definitely would stay there again.
