“The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

“This is a great location for proximity to local shopping and UVM. It is along a busy road so you have to be aware of that. The inside is clean, comfortable and appealing. Hosts were communicative and made everything easy.”

“This property was incredibly clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I was also surprised by how comfortable the reclining couch is. The kitchen is large with lots of storage. The host was quick to respond to questions. This property is a split home with the kitchen, family room, 1 full bath and all 3 beds upstairs and downstairs has a couch, full bathroom, desk and arcade game with plenty of games loaded on it. “View was amazing & the space was great!There were A LOT of spider webs & some spiders, inside. It's so easy to clean those up & spray for them, so could be a simple fix. If not for that, I would have given it 5 stars.”

“Great little house near the center of Burlington. Everything is in walking distance, which is great. We were in the area for a college tour of UVM, and need a dog friendly place for a couple of night. This rental worked out perfectly. The check-in process was super easy and everything was exactly as expected based on the listing. ”

“The house was cute and well built so was very quiet even from room to room. The location was perfect as we could walk for bagels or to the pharmacy and the grocery stores were close by and wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go. We had no issues, everything was what was promised. We would gladly like to stay here next year!”
