Fabulous two bedroom ground floor apartment located in a gorgeous peaceful residential area just minutes’ walk to the heart of the charming St Andrews. The ideal getaway for friends and family.. All on the Ground Floor:

With a short 5-minute walk to a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options for entertainment and dining. Additionally, being half a mile away from East Sands beach provides a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. West Sands, as featured in ’Chariots of Fire’, is within a mile away.

The open plan living space is a popular layout that allows for a seamless flow, making it ideal for socialising and spending time with family and friends. Being located on the ground floor ensures easy access and a peaceful atmosphere in this leafy residential area.
