14B Howard Place is a centrally located basement apartment forming part of a character Georgian sandstone building. The apartment has just recently been refurbished to an excellent standard boasting 3 bedrooms, and 2 and half bathrooms, with main bedroom en-suite. The apartment is ideal for both golfing groups and families alike. Packed with all of the mod cons you would expect to find in a modern apartment while still retaining its period features. The apartment has generous sized dimensions which you would expect to find in a property of this age. It is a very short 1 block walk to the Old Course and the other 5 golf courses in town and a very easy walk to all of the shops, restaurants and bars of town.

Place was incredible, fit us to a tee, living area, bedrooms baths and showers were impeccable would definitely stay there again, so close to everything, Old Course, Dunvegan’s, shops… Bruce and Trish are great hosts.
