To the front of the property, the cosy living area boasts a gas fire and piano and provides access into the separate dining room with plenty of seating. There is also a separate W.C. on the ground floor.

The first floor encompasses two twin bedrooms and a master bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

Willow Cottage benefits from its own private parking spot, as well as a private gravelled outdoor patio area with a table, chairs, and bench. A great little sun spot!

Gillespie Wynd can be accessed just up the lane, which brings you out directly on to The Scores. North Street is just 100m away, which is where you will find many of the best local restaurants and cafés, as well as the cinema and Cathedral ruins. Bibi's café is located on the corner as you enter the lane, perfectly situated for nipping by for some morning pastries, or eating in for a spot of breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
