Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival l was disappointed that the TV cable channels was at best minimal and if not upgraded, l was going to leave. Ms. Golden convinced the owner to upgrade. The carpet is badly spotted and worn in spots. The bed mattress could be improved. Refrigerator freezer door pops open when lower door is closed. Unit needs upgrading. This is my 7th hear and l look forward to a better experience next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several improvements at check-in and check-out that make the process easier-lock box, enmail instructions,etc. The owner of 955-203 needs to upgrade property and make it more user friendly. TV was upgraded at my request thanks to Marilyn Golded. The carpet had many stains. The outside lights were out-l replaced one on each side to allow outside sitting. The bathroom toilet flushing was intermittent? I repaired a shower curtain clip that had been repaired before. After dusting and vacuuming floor all was good. I enjoy Lattera and appreciate the personal and THEIR HELP during my stay. I hope to return next year. Permanent occupants and other guests are friendly. It’s a nice place to be.
