Under new management with FLAStays
Enjoy the breathtaking views of pristine Crescent Beach and the 2 pools from the balcony and master bedroom of Coquina A208. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, townhouse is beautifully decorated in a beachy theme. The kitchen boasts brand new stainless appliances in the kitchen and an open bar with stools for extra seating. A208 has sleeping arrangements for 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The Patio overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway where you can appreciate the gorgeous sunsets.
The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck.
There are gas grills in the parking lot, tennis courts, shuffle board, pickleball and basketball hoop. We also have a fish cleaning station with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.
Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

The Coquina Condominiums offer guests use of a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, shuffleboard courts, and basketball courts. You'll have excellent access to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and all of the public beach access points in the area. Drive just 13 miles north to the center of downtown St. Augustine, where you can tour a wealth of historic sites and sample the region's amazing food scene. Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.

This property was as advertised. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Upstairs bedroom with another great view.Very comfortable bed and furniture. Had my sons family over for beach/pool time and a couple dinners. Would definitely stay here again.Our host was always available and very prompt.

Perfect Family Vacation!
We absolutely loved the location of this property. We kept the balcony doors open most of the day because the breeze was amazing and hearing the ocean made you feel like you were on the beach, even while sitting in the living room! The entire property was pristine. We even used the shared gas grill and even that was properly cleaned and ready for use. We loved the short distance to the beach and how private the beach felt. It was not overcrowded by any means. The checkout process was also nice and easy! No long lists of things to do before you leave, very minimal asks such as take out the trash. We will definitely be back!
Things to note: washers/dryers are in a central location for the property and do have a charge (Not a problem, just helpful information).
