Welcome to the Colony Reef Club Condo 1106!

This spacious and comfortable poolside condo is ideal for a family beach vacation. The sliding glass doors make enjoying the patio even more convenient. With living room furniture, you’ll be able to relax with the family after a day on the beach. The spacious kitchen features river rock on both the backsplash and walls. It is fully equipped for a vacation of any length with a new stainless-steel dishwasher and microwave and comes with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. Each bedroom has been outfitted with new bedding. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a queen and a twin in the second bedroom and 4 bunk bed style twin beds in the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.” For safety reasons, we ask that please, no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunks.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

My family and I hope that you enjoy your stay in St. Augustine, FL. Since July, 2020, we have completed numerous renovations and repairs and are always looking for ways to make your stay more enjoyable. We have responded quickly to all previous recommendations.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, ping pong table and fitness center. Post COVID-19, please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
