Super cute place!

We only stayed one night as we were extending our stay and traveling on, but the house was very well done, and extremely clean and perfect for what we needed, great backyard for the dog and the location was very convenient.

Perfect cottage in perfect location!

I would have to say that the rental exceeded our expectations! Two couples stayed at the cottage. Very clean, very comfortable in a quiet location but only one mile from the center of town. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay in St Augustine. This house was the perfect location for walking to some restaurants on the waterfront and also easy to drive to tourist destinations. Each night we drove to St Augustine Beach to walk along and have dinner. The house was very accommodating. Had a nice fenced in yard and everything we needed for a great stay

Cute and Cozy Coastal Charm Cottage

This cottage was cute, clean, and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us and our dog, and we loved the fenced-in back yard. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet,and just a short drive or walk to town. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely phenomenal stay! Home was impeccably clean and well designed! Brian was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Location was amazing! Super close to all the attractions of St. Augustine. Could not recommend a place higher than this one! Will definitely stay here again!!

Wedding weekend

It was our first time to St. Augustine. We loved the location. Easily walkable to the historic district and Ubers worked very well for the wedding even during the Festival of Lights.

Cute St. Augustine stay with old world charm

Brian was very responsive and sent all the necessary info to find the place easily. It had everything we needed when we arrived and was a very simple Checkin process. The house was great and we loved the back yard. The horse carriages even walked right by the house in the evening. Would recommend and stay there again

The property was clean and comfortable. Even though it was very close to the action, it was quiet and peaceful. The lovely fenced yard allowed out little dog to have freedom as well. We enjoyed our time there.

Great St Augustine Spot

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is perfect size for a couple or small family. The fenced backyard is bonus when traveling with our dog. The neighborhood was safe and we even were able to get a horse drawn buggy ride to downtown (they were going by when we were walking there). We will definitely be back!

Convenient and cozy

Spent 3 nights here while visiting St Augustine. House was so cozy and furnished with everything we needed. It is only 1.2 miles to the shops and restaurants and a quick 10 Uber.The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the backyard was so great to hang out in. Hope to come back soon!

Home feeling

Very cute feeling like home house. Backyard was a nice relaxing spot to sit back and enjoy an after dinner bonfire. The neighborhood is very peaceful! We will definitely be back for another stay!

My son, grandson, and myself stayed for couple nights over Thanksgiving to attend festivities for Nights of Lights. Great location for this event. We watched horse and carriages go right by the house, an added treat. The yard is big. It was chilly so built fire in pit and had s’mores. Driveway fit my Toyota RAV4 and my sons Kia Telluride. Very quiet after 9. Cozy, great shower, comfortable beds. Our Thanksgiving Day plans got cancelled so we cooked turkey & trimmings at the house. Kitchen & appliances more than adequate. The host was contacted once and responded very quickly. Would stay again.

Cozy Bungalow

Very cute and clean property in a quiet spot still not far from the Saint Augustine. Within walking distance of all of our events. Such a comfortable space that was a relief to come back to after hot long days. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic

Had a great time location was great everything was with walking distance. The house was great very nicely done great back yard, deck and fire pit just wish we could have found some fire wood. All in All it was more than we could have hoped for great property great location.

We love Lincolnville and this cottage was great. The backyard is wonderful. We love the walkability of the neighborhood and convenience to downtown and neighborhood restaurants. Brian was available to answer questions. It’s a great place to stay
