Excellent vacation stay

We loved the property and the condo. Everything was very clean - inside and out. The pool was great and we really enjoyed having so much green space for our kids to play. Definitely a family friendly spot. Beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return!

Very nice lady and man at front desk. They checked out our rental before giving us keys. Found rental had a leaky water heater, so put us in another comparable unit. Kitchen was well appointed . Really liked having a washer and dryer. Pool was in excellent shape and well cared for. Beach access was great and beach was very clean. We are a family of 6 with ages from 81 to 17. All agreed we had a lovely time at Colony Reef.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a little outdated and didn't offer many convivences such as beach chairs, beach towels, door code instead of key, or any household necessities such as garbage bags or toilet paper but it was clean and comfortable. The people who staff this facility were fabulous and very responsive to any needs and the location is excellent as well.
