The location of this property was perfect! We walked nearly everywhere and used our car maybe once or twice. One thing I didn’t realize was that this property was more of an apartment style where there are two units below and one right across from you. However that may of just been on me for not realizing that when booking— if they did mention that in the posting. We thought we were getting our own house/duplex but this is definitely more of an apartment style. Not a bad thing at all, just something to keep thought of. The unit still makes it feel like your own place. We knew the property allowed dogs, but be forewarned that you can hear EVERYTHING… so there were about 2/4 days where we heard the unit across from ours, dog bark for hours on end during the day. Not the properties fault, but something to take note of if you are looking for a quieter place. These aren’t negative things, just something to be aware of if you choose to book here. We still enjoyed the stay. The unit was nice and the location could not have been better. Parking for the most part was easy! Benoit was very helpful in ensuring we were responded to quickly.

Great spot

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, had a great porch with rocking chairs, and had plenty of towels and anything else we needed. The people who run the property were very communicative as well. I will stay here again without a doubt the next time I am in St.Augustine :).

My friend and I had the greatest stay celebrating our 40th birthdays and experiencing St Augustine for the first time! We went during the “Night of Lights” and the location was perfect. Cozy Villa in a Great Location

My wife and took our first vacation without kids in 33 years. The Villa was cozy with great amenities. It was very comfortable and clean The location on Mulvey Street is minutes of easy walking from the historic downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy enough too.

Great Property and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The entire property was very well kept. The bed was super comfy too! Parking was not a concern. The location of this property is fantastic. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to everything. We visit St Augustine a few times each year and this location is by far the best we have found. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It's historical beauty has been maintained and the decor is so artistic and eclectic. Charming!! The location is perfect and everything is walkable. Planning another visit

We had such a lovely time staying one of the second floor units. The apartment is very close and walkable to all of the tourist spots and restaurants, but it’s also a quiet and comfortable place to take a rest when you need it. We had a cozy coffee on the balcony each morning and then enjoyed everything the city had to offer for the rest of our visit. We’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Weekend getaway

We had a great time. Everything in the owners control was perfect! The access to bikes, stocked units, and backyard area were perfect! We occupied three units and they were all great! I only wish we didn’t have 6:30am wake up calls with a motorcycle that backfires and then roars causing us to wake abruptly each morning. We also could hear late night arguing from the downstairs guests on the first night, but again, not something in the owners control. We’d definitely stay here again!
