St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club 301 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor (w/elevator) of the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club Condos. This unit has a gorgeous direct ocean view; the property has two pools and a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach and is just a short drive to old historic downtown St. Augustine which offers many historic sites, the fort, ghost tours, art galleries, museums, fine shopping, and wonderful restaurants.
