Family Labor Day weekend at Crescent Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very enjoyable visit and well appointed condo space. We had 2 minor suggestions. We did not see that there was a broom available (lots of sand with grandchildren playing in the condo) until we were packing up to leave. We found it under one of the twin beds! Also, I was not able to follow the directions for the TV in the living room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 24 hours of loss of vacation due to safety and hazardous conditions which were not taken care of by the uncaring and unprofessional office staff employees! Also 3 days of trying to settle issue which never got settled by staff members who constantly lied and never communicating with me and had me waste more of by vacation hours by waiting for phone calls which never happened. Still waiting on a refund for 1 day.

Good but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used this condo for the bast 9 years mainly because of its location near 6 other units used by our family. In the 9 years there has been very minimal upgrading. Same furniture, same 32 inch tv, same bed covers but a different rug and lamp this year. Definitely needs new twin bed mattresses and pillows and comforters on all the beds. Always have to move storage items from twin br closet to hold our clothes and suitcases. Sliding door will only open about 2 ft before sticking. Lock not working but was repaired but handle can fall off. Saying all this and we reservered for next year.

Summer House vacation

I did have two concerns one the freezer fan sounded funny and might be problematic soon and the washer knob seems out of place and was hard to work, I thought it was broken but finally got it working. Everything else was great.

Requested maintenance to fix the microwave?

I unplugged the microwave in the middle of the night due to it’s continuous beeping for service required. Left a message stating problems and that I unplugged the microwave. We couldn’t hang around all day. Maintenance came when my daughter was there. They plugged the microwave back in and told her it was fixed. Needless to say it wasn’t. Went to the office to express my dismay and request that maintenance fix the locked key pad on the microwave. Never heard back from anyone, and we were there for 3 more days. Didn’t like the step beside the dining area. Trip hazard.
