Lovingly renovated, this home integrates its history with modern style that includes many gathering places - you'll love enjoying breakfast together on the furnished front and back patios. When you're not grilling outside in the fresh air, you'll love cooking up delicious food open kitchen. Whether you rest in either bedrooms or in the living room, you'll be able to relax in air-conditioned comfort.

The master suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable queen-size bed.

The second has a queen bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal from appliances, cookware to tableware, you will have everything you need. So whether you are preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Set in a prime location in downtown Saint Augustine, this home is walking distance to plenty of fun activities! Guests can enjoy shopping and local restaurants all throughout the downtown area, including The Floridian, Uptown Swinery, and the St. Augustine Seafood Company (all within one-and-a-half miles of this home). For guests seeking some libations, St. Augustine Distillery and San Sebastian Winery are both under one-and-a-half miles from the home. The beautiful Castillo de San Marcos National Monument is less than one mile away.
