End of school beach weekend!

Our family has a end of school tradition where we hit the beach the second summer starts! This condo was perfect for our family! Stocked with everything we needed and great view of the water! We definitely will be staying here again!

Great views and beautiful condo. We loved our stay. The only complaint would be the garbage disposal didn’t work. We would rent again.

Needs a good thorough cleaning

The location and amenity is perfect. But this place needs a good clean. We had to vacuum and I washed the bathrooms rugs because they were gross. My husband had to dig glass and metal and shells out of the disposal so we could use it. Towels were stained.

I was not told that there was construction on the condo we stayed at as well as the one next to us. It sure did not make for relaxing vacation. Absolutely terrible!

Couch was broken & very uncomfortable - could not use sleeper sofa Sliding glass door will not lock Curtains on slider are worn and need to be replaced. Need new fry pans No bowls at all in the kitchen Dryer does not shut off Very hot in second bedroom, needs a fan Closet doors broken in Master bedroom Overall this condo need some TLC and maintenance

Fantastic Views

When we first arrived, there was construction occurring just below the balcony. There was a construction worker that was able to see straight into the condo. I reached out to the property owners right away, and I never heard a response. I was concerned that we would be unable to utilize the balcony due to the construction and unable to keep the curtains open for fear of privacy concerns. However, this was the only day the construction inhibited our use of the balcony. The construction continued throughout our stay, but was taking place on other units nearby. It was loud, but we got used to it after a day or two. I would’ve preferred to know about this beforehand. Cleanliness of the condo gets a 3/5 as the sheets in the master bedroom were stained with sweat. The pillows were unusable due to this. I would recommend purchasing a new set. I’ve been going to Summerhouse for most of my life. You go for the ocean views, beach access, and the heated pools. We spent limited time in the condo. Overall, it was a fine experience, but a little overpriced for the cleanliness of the unit. There were beach toys and chairs provided which was nice.

Great location and proximity to beach & pool

Had a great stay and experience but I do wish the owners would upgrade the upstairs bathrooms, especially the master. I agree with previous reviews that the unit is in need of a deep clean. At the end of the day, I would probably stay again but I would look at other condos in the community first.

Well kept apartment, had everything we needed. Terrific location for families, quiet and with uncrowded beach. Very comfortable. Not walkable, but we had a car. Really enjoyed it.

Lovely quite retreat

Nicely kept condo that had everything we needed. Fully equipped and in good condition. View looking over pool and ocean was lovely. Deco was cute and we all felt very comfortable. Would be happy to stay again.
