Lovely, light and spacious Ground Floor Apartment With Terrace in St.Ives

  • The apartment is on the ground floor of an end of terrace Victorian house converted into 6 apartments. Apartment 2 has it's own designated parking space on site and separate entrance. The front door enters into the fitted, equipped kitchen that leads through to the open plan lounge and conservatory. It has 1 double bedroom, a separate bathroom with over shower, basin and toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with small basin and toilet. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and space for bikes, surfboards etc. and a second entrance into the apartment into the conservatory.

    It is in a quiet location yet within easy access of the beaches, shops and restaurants of St. Ives only 5 minutes walk away.

    Facilities include: free ultrafast broadband / WiFi, large flat screen digital TV with free view channels, DVD player, gas central heating / instant hot water, heated towel rails, duvets, bed linen and towels supplied, washer/dryer, electric fan oven, gas hob with extractor, microwave, fridge with very small freezer compartment, dishwasher, double glazed throughout.

Great location, just a short walk into St Ives and near to Porthminster Beach. The apartment had all facilities including basics like washing up liquid and tea towels, also appreciated the tea, coffee and biscuits. Rooms were spacious and well kept, would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here the only set back we had was scaffolding had been put up around the building for exterior works which we wasn’t warned about. We couldn’t use the conservatory door or the side gate as a result. The actual apartment suited our needs very well. Cleaning could have been better (Bits in cupboards in the kitchen , dust on tv stand & coffee table ect) the basics you’d expect to be clean but it did not effect our stay. Both showers gave plenty of hot water ,The bed in the main bedroom could have been better but again was ok for our stay. Would I stay again. YES.

A lovely, spacious apartment in a quiet but very convenient location.

Well-equipped kitchen, two good bathrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, large lounge/conservatory living area and a nice outside area to sit.

Great place to stay in St Ives....easy access, the great advantage of a parking space and still only 5 minutes walk down to Porthminster Beach and similar distance into town. We'll be back!

Great little property which is deceptively spacious and well priced. The property was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic parking and ease to walk everywhere in st Ives. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful apartment, great holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this property in St Ives. It was a great location and had everything we needed. We had a 10 month old with us and we did need to bring a travel-cot and high chair with us but it had everything else we needed. We have just arrived home and will really miss St Ives and hope to return soon!
