Lovely, light and spacious Ground Floor Apartment With Terrace in St.Ives

  • The apartment is on the ground floor of an end of terrace Victorian house converted into 6 apartments. Apartment 2 has it's own designated parking space on site and separate entrance. The front door enters into the fitted, equipped kitchen that leads through to the open plan lounge and conservatory. It has 1 double bedroom, a separate bathroom with over shower, basin and toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with small basin and toilet. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and space for bikes, surfboards etc. and a second entrance into the apartment into the conservatory.

    It is in a quiet location yet within easy access of the beaches, shops and restaurants of St. Ives only 5 minutes walk away.

    Facilities include: free ultrafast broadband / WiFi, large flat screen digital TV with free view channels, DVD player, gas central heating / instant hot water, heated towel rails, duvets, bed linen and towels supplied, washer/dryer, electric fan oven, gas hob with extractor, microwave, fridge with very small freezer compartment, dishwasher, double glazed throughout.

Great little property which is deceptively spacious and well priced. The property was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic parking and ease to walk everywhere in st Ives. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful apartment, great holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this property in St Ives. It was a great location and had everything we needed. We had a 10 month old with us and we did need to bring a travel-cot and high chair with us but it had everything else we needed. We have just arrived home and will really miss St Ives and hope to return soon!

The property was in a good location very clean and tidy with nice parking space. The only thing is that there is a leak in the conservatory it was not a problem for me but will need addressing as it is causing a lot of damage to this lovely property. Look forward to staying there again

Die Wohnng war sehr schön, sauber und hell. Es war alles da ,was wir brauchten und ich (83), meine Tochter und ihr Sohn(13) haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Man kann dort wandern. Die Strände sind wunderbar, leicht zu erreichen und sehr saubern. wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit dort, obwohl das Wetter nicht immer gut war.
