“Room was fair. Curtains were torn, dirty. No mattress cover to curb or deter bed bugs. Dust bunnies. Something was spread all over the hallway corridor floor, looked like the spackling from the wall. Too hot inbthe room, thenbtoo cold in the room, like thermostat wasn't working. ”

“Property was OK. The room lighting was abysmal. With every light in the room on, the room still seemed like it was at dusk. Other than that, our state was pleasant.”

“Shops nearby as well as the expressway. We were able to get a room opposite the expressway but we were close to the back exit and that door was slamming all morning long. Pets are also allowed that we heard barking dogs as well. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is all the excess noise.”

“There was no free breakfast, which completely surprised me. That is usually a given these days. The room was a nice size and was well-appointed. There was no maid service because we were only staying two nights. That was also unexpected. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but when we went in, a teenager with crocs on was in it, tons of thick foam, which was dirty as well. When we mentioned it at the front desk, we were told "that's just how it is," As someone who has traveled……

“Window locks were broken, refrigerator was also broken, and so was the air conditioner. The shower rod was 2 seconds away from snapping off. Hair left in the shower, trash and ash on the bathroom floor. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“It’s a no frills, easy access, quiet place to stay. The owners are friendly. The rooms are clean. Parking at the room door is convenient. We have stayed there several times and will continue to go there. ”

“Our room didn't have a dresser or a closet to put our clothes in, each time i wanted something I had to get the luggage out but it on the bed etc. There was no coffee pot for my morning coffee. Had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Was a long walk to the hot tub were the pressure for the jets were nil. To top its all off at 10ish there was a fire 3 doors down in the drier. I check out and won't ever come back. ”

“They no longer have a hot tub even though it’s advertised as having one. It’s a great hotel but it was disappointing to learn the hot tub wasn’t there anymore ”

“Our king room was clean and spacious with a fold out sofa sleeper. Staff were very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast bar was hot and plentiful with oatmeal, fruit, waffles, ham & scrambled eggs, muffins & scones. Personally didn’t use the pool or hot tub but did see others enjoying it. The room was affordable and very close in proximity to the casino. I would definitely recommend.”

“This is a lovely place! Our room and the hotel are absolutely beautiful (the only thing was the desk our other room was broken). The hot tub could be much warmer. We will be back. ”
