「The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was very accommodating with my request for a noon check out which was greatly appreciated due to my flight departure. The place is located close to restaurants and grocery store.」

「I had no hot water from the time we arrived until the time we left. I kept contacting the staff and got one response saying it would be fixed and nothing ever changed. The owner finally stood outside my room on Sunday and said he would refund me half and would have the hot water fixed but then the power went out around midnight and didn’t come back on until Monday at 6:19am and not a single word from the staff. I didn’t want to leave this review but I didn’t get one response and they still...

「The pictures say it all. A very beautiful place! Our host Valerie was great!Being new to VRBO we were not aware the house and living space would be shared with the host. That could be made more clear.It was also a bit hard to find. But we enjoyed it immensely.」

「Nice little place in perfect standard, we stares in one of the apartments on the side, for a bit more privacy and that did suit us perfect. Pool was nice, breakfast perfect and the hospitality of the staff was superb and you felt truly welcome. Extra plus for the donkeys just outside the premises when walking home from late dinner at Oasis. We will happily stay at Tiko Lodge again if possible, if coming back to Saint Martin /Jonas & Erika from Sweden 」

Non ci sono trasporti quindi sei costretto ad affittare la macchina , non c è un bar sempre aperto quindi abbiamo dovuto chiedere al taxi di fermarci a comprare l acqua prima di arrivare , non ci sono le pulizie giornaliere , non c è una reception h24 , non c è ristorante per la cena quindi se non hai la macchina non mangi e non bevi .
