“"The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and a couple of staff members were genuinely helpful. However, we encountered multiple issues that significantly affected our stay. After booking, we were notified the main pool was closed but received a follow-up email suggesting it would be fixed by our arrival. It wasn't.
