"It was basic but it has everything we needed for the trip. We went to see family and celebrate my in-law birthday at the Canterburry bell last September 19th. It was a great celebration abd we are considering going back with the kids for the Christmas holidays."

"Kat and Spencer, the hosts were wonderfully enthusiastic about their fantastic art deco property which has been thoughtfully restored inside and out. This place really is a one of a kind stay. Clean and comfortable with interesting touches throughout, I would reccomend this as a place to stay without reservarion. Breakfast was also delicious. We will certainlybe returning."

"Lovely room, very quiet and check in and out was very easy. It appeared that the tea tray had not been replenished after the previous occupants as there were too few tea bags and milk. I did notice there were two empty cans of water when I checked in, these were quickly replaced but I didn’t notice the glasses had also been used. My wife unknowingly used a dirty glass in the night, very disappointing. Would have given five stars if this had not happened"

"We had a lovely week here, the house is beautiful with lots of space. Nice garden with seating area where we had a bbq. Some fab beaches around, especially Stone Bay. Thank you Suzanne and George for being excellent hosts."

"“Sams snug†was absolutely perfect and very close to most places. It was very clean and had everything you needed . The hosts Nicola and Araon were perfect hosts. Would definitely book to stay here again"

"The cottage is well equipped and clean and remained particularly cool during the recent heatwave - due to its orientation and the fact it is surrounded by greenery. It was very quiet location not too far from A257. A pleasant welcome from Tina and Steve on arrival and all was explained,"
