「The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Craigside. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of Betws y Coed. The property was immaculate and had all the essentials and the off street parking was a real bonus. Greg provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay and check in was easy. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Excellent value for money.」

「Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.」

「We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. 」

「The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia」
