「The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks」

「The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.」

Only criticism is the spa charged me 40€ to use the steam and pool despite the fact I spent close to 400€ on spa services. I was so confused by the extra charge, it seems petty but come on! 「It was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. Truly a place to renew. Enjoy!」
