The flat (equipment, cleanliness) and the view at the sea fom 3. floor was excellent. The sunshine was from the sunrise to 1 pm. so it was the perfect place to spent mornings and have coffe and breakfast on the balcony. The localization as well - shops, restraurant, bulvar just down the apartament. The only one annoyment was noise from the street - it was quite bothersome to spend the time on the balcony when the street is busy.
