"The room was clean and very spacious and we could walk from the hotel to the centre of Christchurch. We had a a washing machine and dryer in the room which was wonderful. We were greeted with a great welcome even though we were late checking in and given real milk for our tea and our bags were stored after we checked out. We wrere directed to the best place to eat late at night after our arrival so - all in all a very friendly welcome and good amenities"

"Cosy, tidy studio unit with everything you need. Great water pressure in shower and comfortable bed. Was nice not to hear any road noise throughout the night, being off the main road. Check in was quick and easy. "

"Nice character to house, spacious and roomy for the size, the beds were uncomfortable, main double bed didn't even feel like it had a mattress on it was more like a futon top very flat and hard, hubby had to sleep on the couch. Didn't realize there were people staying at the back till the second day. Does not say in the advert people living in back part of property. Mostly clean tidy and warm. "
