Great location for all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. We enjoy long walks on the beach and this is a great starting point to walk up to Caladesi Island. Several great restaurants within a mile. You can get to all the tourist spots easily, but you can also avoid them and just soak in the sun and the beach too.

Missing Essentials and Poor Cleanliness

We rented two rooms for our recent stay. There was no towel bar in one room or shower caddy in either room's bathroom, so soap bars had to be placed on the floor. One room has a deep crack in the sink counter top. The shower grout was everywhere and there was standing water in the shower due to poor drainage in both rooms. A light wasn't working in one unit. The unit was filthy in certain places, like in the oven, the fan hood, and one of the lighting fixtures. Very rusty closet tracks. Poor quality and dirty dressers. No washcloths provided, reason given: they are unhygienic. Do they not wash the towels thoroughly? A kitchen utensil needs to be replaced. One of the cupboard facings seemed like it was ready to fall off. The neighbors were extremely loud, blaring music all night until 3am one of the nights, but this wasn't the owner's fault. Overall, the units were not well maintained.
