We totally enjoyed our stay at 440 West Condo's #1508. It is by far the nicest place that we have ever rented, and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Nice area right on the water and close to all the restaurants all the restaurants

My experience was good renting this property, my only beef was I had to get the key about a half a mile from the property which I thought would be much easier they had someone meet you at the property when you arrive or arrange to meet you.

OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH RENTING THIS CONDO FROM GEORGIE & BILLY WAS GREAT, EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALLY THE VIEW FROM THE BELCONY FROM 15 FLOORS UP. WE ALSO MET SOME VERY NICE PEOPLE SOME RENTERS AND SOME WHERE OWNERS. WE WOULD DO IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE EXCEPT FOR ONE IMPORTANT THING, OUR INDOOR ,SPAYED, DECLAWED FELINE. THE NEXT TIME WE DECIDE TOO RENT IT WILL HAVE TO BE A PET FREINDLY FACILITY UNLESS WE CAN GET ONE OF OUR KIDS TO TAKE HER IN A WATCH HER FOR US BECAUSE OUR NEXT TRIP TO FLORIDA WILL BE FOR TWO MONTHS.
