FANTASTIC VIEWS from waterfront top (third) floor unit on Intercoastal Waterway. Watch wild birds, dolphins, manatee and boats from very private balcony (you do not see, and are not seen from, other units). Private Garage, Pool, Quiet, Grill, Tranquility, Family Friendly, compete kitchen, Washer/Dryer.

The best water views and comforts kept our guests coming back to our Gulf Retreat 1 (VRBO Listing 43893). Now there's Gulf Retreat 2! The same floor plan, amenities and luxury appointments as our Gulf Retreat 1. Most importantly, the same fabulous VIEWS, and just a few feet away, in the same condo association.

Endless miles of wide white sand, never-crowded beach is easy access across street, great for walking, jogging, hiking, biking, fishing, and sunsets. Great location on beautiful Sand Key Island about midway between Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Private fishing pier with bench on Intercoastal Waterway.

Spacious 1400 square feet with cathedral ceilings, open space design, large master bedroom that overlooks Intercoastal Waterway and opens onto balcony. Quiet, only four units in building. Deluxe completely furnished in 'Key West' style with king bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in guest bedroom with superior mattresses, queen-size sleep sofa, private single-car garage with remote openers.

Washer/Dryer in unit. Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser. Heated pool on grounds.

This is our second time visiting this location. It is a large and comfortable appartment with everything you need. The best thing is the location. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and shops are a short drive away. Definitely recommend going to this place!

Beautiful and very spacious place close to the beach

Owner was very quick to respond when I needed to communicate. Place was clean and up-to-date. Rooms were very spacious. Quick walking distance to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. So saw many dolphins from the balcony. A/C worked amazingly well. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Home away from home

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and it won't be our last. Plenty of space for a family of four which includes two girls, a 10 year old and thirteen year old. The area is laid back and quiet, the beach is just a three minute walk away. Two full baths, comfortable beds and an outstanding view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfectly located near the beach and fishing. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We happened to be here over the Fourth of July and the patio was the best spot to watch fireworks.

Clean and spacious

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this large and very clean condo. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. The views are awesome allowing us to watch dolphins from the porch. The proximity to the beach made it an easy walk back and forth which was helped by the beach wagon provided. There is a nice launch spot for kayaks right near the unit as well. The welcome gift basket and note were a nice touch. One downside was that the fishing pier that is in the listing is not usable which was a bit disappointing. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental!

Condo is conveniently located. Walking distance to the beach. Full kitchen, nice balcony view. Garage was great to keep car cool. Lots of beach toys and beach accessories for kids. Easy communication with host. Would recommend and would stay again.

We were aware of the damage to the general area and was advised by the owner of a few issues,no pool available,internet down and some cladding.We were offered a full refund but decided to go ahead,this was a good decision as the property was great just as described. Great location and spacious

My 2 children and I (ages 8 & 10) had a wonderful stay. We saw dolphins in the intracoastal and in the gulf. The condo is spacious and the owners are very responsive. I loved being able to park in the garage and use the beach buggy and toys so we didn’t have to bring ours. A quick walk to the gulf makes the location great.

Pure Paradise

We had the most amazing time during our week stay in Indian Shores. The property was super nice and clean, with an amazing view of the intercostal waterway. We got to watch the dolphins pass through a couple times, and the beach is directly across the street. The owner was quick to answer any question we had, and even left us a welcome basket. We highly recommend staying at this place, and hope to come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Retreat in Indian Shores. The unit was just as described. Quiet, spacious unit with beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway from our windows. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provided beach chairs, etc. Owner was also very responsive when we had a little issue with the fridge. Talked us through the problem. We also received a welcome package upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!
