The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.

This beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, top floor waterfront condo is simply gorgeous! Well equipped with all the comforts of home, open living and dining area and amazing views of the Boca Ciega Bay from the private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area, it’s wonderful! From the large wrap around balcony you are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2!
