Beautiful location

My family and I had the best week at this property. The condo was just as listed and was very comfortable. The property with the pool and beach were amazing. We had the best time and plan to come back every year!

Beautiful condo

The condo is amazing, overlooking the channel was an added bonus. The condo was perfectly stocked with plenty of kitchen tools, newer appliances and I especially liked the water/ice maker on the fridge. There were beach chairs and pool noodles at the time of our stay. Bed is comfortable. The only thing I had to complain about was the check-in process. I had to call to receive the email about check in times and code to get into the condo. Check in is firmly 4pm and when I called at 3:50pm was made to feel like this was an inconvenience even though the condo was ready. There is also an additional 50 charge at the gate which I had taken care of beforehand, but don’t recall seeing in the VRBO description. So I was surprised when I got the email to register our vehicle and pay the fee. They also heavily monitor the pool area for pool floats, when I tried to use a seated float I was told I couldn’t be on it, but later in the week another guest was using the exact type of float. If you’re going to monitor, at least be consistent. I was literally only trying to relax and can see if someone was being obnoxious, but didn’t observe that by anyone. The walk from building 1 to the beach was short, easy access, parking is convenient, overall beautiful property. Quiet, peaceful. Would stay here again but would also plan our arrival a little better knowing about the 4pm check in. Other condos that we’ve stayed had always allowed early check in if the room was ready.
