Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great sunsets, not crowded and well maintained!Wish the elevator and pool would have been in working condition and wish the place had some USB outlets!All in all a very nice place. Would come back again

The condo was clean, it has a fabulous view of the ocean, the patio is huge we spent so much time out there. There are beaches chair and beach towels to use. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I brought my 10 year old daughter on vacation to the beach for the first time. She LOVED it. The view from the fifth floor was amazing. We collected heaps of seashells, saw dolphins in the ocean, and witnessed the "perfect" sunset according to my daughter.

Condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. No issues with the unit. One time we had a question for property manager the exchange was handled easily and quickly via text. Access to beach is easy.

The zip code door code is genius. Loved the boxed kitchen and bathroom products. My only disappointments were the unwieldy parking and the weather.

This condo is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach! It’s one bedroom with an awesome pull out sofa, so older kids might not enjoy it, but my 9 and 6 yr old don’t mind sleeping by eachother for a few nights. The location is perfect and the food spots are amazing! Would love to return!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and a fantastic view of the Gulf! We loved it! The only problem was that the elevator didn't work and we were on the 5th floor (72) steps!! We had to leave earlier than we planned due to our age and the difficulty of climbing up and down all those steps. Thank goodness we had help getting our things up and down the steps!

From the moment we first walked in the door, we were stunned with the ocean view and how clean and neat the condo was. My wife and I shared breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf, watching the dolphins, it doesn't get any better than that. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable 10-day stay. There are grocery stores within a couple of miles, and there is no shortage of restaurants nearby. This was, by far, the best vacation we've ever had... and the most relaxing. We are already planning next year's vacation.

If you are unable to climb stairs and carry luggage/groceries, I wouldn't recommend this property. Elevator has been out since January, and, we were told, not suppose to be up and running until July. We were on the 5th floor. Other than that, great view, clean quarters. It could use some sprucing up, but we really liked the location and the beach was very nice.
