• Supplies: We provide a "starter pack" of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. For large groups, you will need to purchase additional supplies (TP, soap, dish detergent, trash bags, propane) for the duration of your stay.
• Maintenance: This is a high-traffic home beloved by large groups. While we strive for perfection, please report any maintenance items immediately so we can address them.
• Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee and recommended October–April. The pool heating fee is $200 + 13% tax.
• Noise: This home is in a residential neighborhood. We strictly enforce noise ordinances to respect our neighbors.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.
• Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
