Important: Starting mid September 2025 balcony and building renovations will be taking place and will continue over the following year. This is for building 1 at Crescent Beach Club, but may cause noise and disruptions for both buildings during this period. This may also affect the use of certain balconies in only building 1 depending on the timeline. One of the two pools at the complex will still be available throughout the project.
