This is very nice unit with a great location. We only had some minor cleanliness concerns. First, some of the silverware was not cleaned very well (dried food still on it). Second, the plates were all still wet (put away but not dried). There is no dishwasher so everything has to be hand washed. The renters are expected to clean, so whomever cleaned prior to us was not thorough. Also, the floor was sticky around the fridge (meaning someone spilled some beverage but it was not mopped up). Other than this, the place was great. The only concern about the overall complex was the smoking. The entire complex - both inside the units and in the outside areas - are supposed to be smoke free. But, when we were on our balcony, we could smell marijuana. That is not at all pleasant, so it detracted from the beautiful view. Speaking of which, the sunsets are gorgeous - which we could easily see from the balcony and not just on the beach.

Kitchen is efficient and well equipped. It is small, but usable. We were able to cook a few meals. Sleeper sofa is VERY comfortable and easy to use. There were reviews regarding the light coming through the bedroom window and we found this was an issue as well. I was able to hand some dark shirts on hangers from the curtain rod to help block the light. If you're a light sleeper due to light, I would bring something to cover it. I would recommend management invest in a dark curtain or something under the curtain to help with light at night. There is no deadbolt inside the unit for the door. It needs something added (like a hotel lock at the top) for added security. The digital access code to go in and out of the unit was super easy and helpful. The unit is on level 1 with a ramp access to the unit. Thank goodness, but the elevator was out of service and we didn't realize we were on level 1 until we arrived. The pool is very small, but clean and nice. The beach was not crowded when we were there. The beach is SO close to the building and the view from the small little dining table feels like you're literally sitting on the beach, but you're in the unit. We visit IRB almost every year and this is the closest we've ever been to the beach (even though we are beach facing unit every year). The unit was spotless when we arrived. We had three adults (my spouse, my adult daughter, and myself.). She said the sleeper sofa (which is probably a king) was very comfortable.

Great View; Needs Maintenance

The view out the window and off the balcony cannot be beat. The beach is terrific - wide and uncrowded. The unit was overall clean and big enough for two people for a couple of days. The updated kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. However, this was the kind of place where we never knew what we were going to find broken next, which in our case included a closet door that almost fell on my head, the toilet paper holder coming out of its mount, and a beach chair that was so broken it was unusable. The management company was somewhat responsive but only after their chatbot initially responded with a canned text.If you go, bring eye masks because there is a light outside the bedroom window that makes it bright as daylight in there even through the blinds. Also, be sure to print the parking pass before you go unless you want to spend some of your vacation running out to get it printed like we did. Not sure why the management company can't just leave it in the unit.Bottom line is that we are neutral on this place. We wouldn't recommend it other than for the view, but we wouldn't not recommend it either. In short, it was fine.

It's a suite, not a condo

If you are expecting an apartment condominium, you will be disappointed. The location to the beach is fantastic; the property was presented in spotless condition. However, everything about this property says "suite", not apartment. The kitchen is effectively non-functional from the perspective of trying to prepare a meal. Tiny, a cooktop where only one burner can be used at a time, zero space for prep, no oven and a non-functional toaster oven (with no place to put it while it is in use). You will get better value at a Residence Inn or a Hilton Garden Suites with the same or greater space and improved amenities versus this property. The beach is fantastic - the highlight of the entire stay. Annoying details like an unadjustable fan / light in the great room, washing machines that require an endless supply of quarters (with no change machine or credit card option), etc. It is claustrophobic - clean, updated, bright, but tiny.

Amazing location

It’s small, but it’s right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome ocean view from the sliding glass door in the living room. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Adequate kitchen stocked with the basics. No washer/dryer in unit. Walls are paper thin (that’s everywhere on the coast tho). They do have beach chairs and beach towels you can use. Restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Overall an excellent value for the money.

It was a 5th party situation. Call and call around. No help. They take your money, help with nothing. I broke my toe on missing trim. Curtain rods falling down, no electricity, poor plumbing, no furniture for the balcony, air conditioning didn't work at all, pretty sure we killes a roach. Absolutely the worst stay ever

The property was under construction, scaffolding blocking view and awoken to drills and banging .

Unacceptable to be charged the amount we payed for constant construction noise. Shame on you. I checked with vacasa regarding a late check out, heard back in over 24 hours. Horrible experience.

Disappointing View, Leaking bathtub

Overall location of this unit is great - steps from the beach, convenient parking. Our view was obstructed by scaffolding during our stay, which was very disappointing. We were made aware of construction going on on the building and common areas, but were assured it would not affect our unit. We were shocked when we opened the curtains to say the least. :( We tried to get over this and go about our trip. Later in our stay when giving our toddler a bath in the bathtub, it began leaking out of the bottom of the tub, soaking the floor. After cleaning it up we looked at the baseboard and it looks like this is a recurring issue. We took quick showers the rest of the stay and bathed our toddler in the kitchen sink. This unit would be great and very convenient to walk to the beach had these things not happened - I feel like I overpaid for this unit given the obstructed view. Probably will not return.

Nice get away!

Perfect location just steps to the beach! Building in need of some renovation which we understand will happen soon. Quick response when we reported a broken beach chair. A new one was brought to us while we sat on the beach. Pattern rug in living room should be cleaned on replaced.

Surprisingly Disappointing

The outside of the property was dirty and needed painted. The ceiling had a lot of water damage in the dining area. The carpet was filthy. There was loud construction going on the whole time and yelling and cursing outside our door. My husband sent email about the constant noise and that we were overcharged for our dogs because we told them we were bringing the dogs and still got charged $500. To this day, we have not heard back from from you. We were very disappointed that you couldn’t or wouldn’t even respond to our email..

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in this area. The unit is clean and complete with whatever you will need. The best part is your backyard is the beach! The management is also very responsive to all the queries we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent beachfront property. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check in process was very easy. Located in a very quiet location, however you would need a car to get around. Great restaurants around- owner’s list of recommended restaurants was very helpful!

This gorgeous place was perfect for us to rest and fully enjoy the beach. Location is perfect! Private beach but so close to other busier areas and great dining. Daily beach walks for miles were the best!
