Excellent Location

This property was in an excellent quiet neighborhood right on the beach. We loved all the amenities and the fact we could walk right down from our balcony thru the pool area to the beach. The place was fully stocked and was well suited for two families like ours. We loved our stay here and hope to stay in this unit in the future!

Private but still in a lively area is what we looked for and we got that here. Pools clean, property well maintained. The condo we had everything you need kitchen wise and had alot of items for the beach as well. Laudry in the room was a great perk for us also. The photos do not do this property justice we loved everything about it. Vanessa was great threw out the booking process she really helped me alot. Julian was also great with everything very responsive and helpful with everything even though we didn't have any issues as the trip went perfectly.. highly recommend and place beachtime rentals have available. 5 star all the way booking again soon with them

Overpriced

The pillows are either too thin or so soft that your head touches the bed as if you are not using a pillow. The mattress in the master bedroom has so many mattress pads on it I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The AC is definitely not something to be desired for. The lowest temp can only be placed on 70 degrees. Upstairs runs constantly and the indoor temp never dropped below 76. If I had known about the temp, I never would have considered staying there.

Sad to see that the current owner seems to take little interest in the upkeep of the house. Toilets not flushing well, sign says they have sensitive plumbing, that’s a joke! Sliding doors broken and very hard to open, older people will have a hard time with that. Broken outdoor furniture on the upper level. Still a great location, has everything you need, but please fix it and keep maintenance up!!

A Slice of Heaven!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was AMAZING!!The pictures provided are exactly what you will get in this rental. A well maintained condo with a large living room, nice kitchen and 3 bedrooms plus a den! Everything was very clean and the rental was loaded with everything you would possibly need during your stay. Well stocked kitchen supplies, board games, puzzles, books, weights, beach towels and even a few beach toys! The balcony views were breathtaking and a wonderful spot to sit and relax after a long day of swimming. We stayed with our 4 children ages 13-4 and it was the most perfect location. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool area, the sand is clean and soft, the water is calm and clear and it was never crowded. The pool are is nice and clean the water temperature was warm, and there are plenty of chairs to sit in the sun or shade. We mostly enjoyed the tranquility of Bellaire Beach but did drive into Clearwater for lunch one day. A quick 10 minute drive will bring you to the heart of all the beach town attractions. We saw mini golf, ice cream shops, a marina, dolphin tours, and a ton of restaurants. Beach Time Rentals is a great company to book with. They were extremely friendly from start to finish and kept me informed with necessary information throughout the stay. I have already recommended La Concha to multiple friends and family members. We will likely be back very soon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has rented these units for several years and this is the first time we paid à significant increase while also noticing à serious decrease in the upkeep and cleanliness of the unit and property. There were cockroaches to kill daily both upstairs and downstairs, several door handles were broken/not functioning, closet doors didn’t function because broken, furniture appeared to be more beat up, and the deck box literally was falling apart and rusted - to name a few specifics. In general the unit appeared much more run down than only one year ago. Outside there were shrubs overgrown to make using the pool path sidewalk difficult to walk and wasps throughout the area including the outdoor shower. While we have loved staying here in the past, we are seriously debating a return visit next year. Management was quick to reply when we needed help, so we appreciate that very much. Service was great.

Excellent Condo, superb location, clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, Kids loved the pool. On a quiet stretch of beach - loved sitting on the two verandahs watching the dolphins, ospreys and pelicans, We even saw several manatees cruising in the shallows. We'll be back for sure.

Great Quiet Beach location

We loved this condo. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and baths. Fantastic quiet location. Practically had a private beach and pool. Staircase down to the pool are and beach was such a nice advantage. Allison, our rental host was fantastic and VERY responsive! We would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again!

Peace and Quiet With a VIew

It far exceeded our expectations and has solidified our needing to return.Heidi was fantastic in meeting our needs without hesitation or question. The beds were very comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. All of the accommodations met our needs and truly appreciated the short walk to the beach. Seeing the turtle nests was a bonus and appreciated the feeling of being on a private beach.At no time did we feel crowded (there were seven of us) or in search of seating space. Plenty of room and comfortable chairs. Publix is less than two miles away as well as other fantastic places to eat. Dining in is not an issue. Plenty of pans/dishes for preparing and eating whatever meals you want to prepare.I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to experience gorgeous sunsets, serenity, and privacy.

Large, lovely place with expansive views of the water from living room and kitchen. We had all that we needed and the furniture was comfortable. Beach is very private and Clearwater/ Indian Rocks Beach areas are just a few minutes away. We hope to return again soon!
