「The hotel was decorated as one would think given the historical nature of the property. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was presented nicely with a good selection.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「This was my 3rd visit to the Hollander Hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. The only complaints I have is that I wish the bathrooms had more counterspace to put things and the water pressure is very low. This probably has to do with the fact that the hotel is quite old, but upgrading the plumbing would really help improve the hotel experience for the guests. Overall, though, the hotel is fun, wildly decorated with hundreds of pictures, and a lot of photos of old St. Pete. ...

「My family of four just stayed at Barefoot for a week during our first visit to the area. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The staff that cleans the common areas were very hardworking. We got a 2-bedroom with kitchenette and balcony for a reasonable price, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We came without a car and were able to walk to restaurants, shops, 7-11, and ordered groceries a few times. Overall excellent stay. Only wish the hot tub and pool were open past 9 pm...

「We loved our stay at Bilmar except when our room was cleaned she did not clean the tub, floors, or table tops. We were in room 641 and the patio door was broke and we had to slam it several times to get it to close as well as the front door which took multiple tries to open. The staff was amazing, the amenities were great, and the location is amazing!」

「Our stay at the Palm for the short stay was ideal. The hotel was under construction so the pool and garden area were not accessible. The elevator needed some servicing, getting stock sometimes. But for a small hotel the stairs were easy to take. And its understandable while under construction. It appeared that they were short on staff. The room was plain, the bare minimal but for the fee not bad as everything was new and more European style furniture. I liked the cleanliness of the room and...
