Perfect

My adult children want to get away with my wife and myself. This was a perfect location. Ecerything was close by. Could not havebeen better. I got to see my 24 year daughter become her 5 year old self again. The joy of finding shells.

The Perfect Getaway.

My wife, daughter and daughter’s bestie and I slid over from Orlando for four nights to enjoy the beach and boating. This condo was perfect for what we needed.

Treasure Island Florida

Our trip started as coming to see a sick family member, but our recent college graduate decided to come along at the last minute. The location was perfect, relaxing, warm, sunny, quiet, comfortable, just what we needed. Thank you so much for sharing.

Beach stay

Loved this property. We stayed last time at the sister property across the street. It faces the gulf. This one faces a waterway that had great views. Saw dolphins every morning. A/C worked great. All the supplies to prepare meals. Checkin was smooth using the office on the 2nd floor. Definitely will stay again. Beach is just a quick walk across the street.

Not good

Noisy. Condos are paper thin. Can hear all the neighbors footsteps above and can hear everyone’s conversations on their balcony. Pool area loud. Street loud can hear street from balcony. Not a complaint but I would not stay there again. Balcony view beautiful but the pool area super loud and mad the experience a non experience. Good place to stay if you’re a loud family and not there to relax.All in all, not worth the rent. And about as noisy of a condo as you can possibly get. Oh I didn’t mention the dog barking. Beach is beautiful (I live in Pensacola beach so I know what a beautiful beach is) One other pretty bad thing is the road to cross to beach is not very safe even with the cross walk and sidewalk is not existent. Sorry for the bad review but I would not recommend even if it was free.
