Need some fresh air? The large screened in balcony has a table and chairs where you can lounge all evening. Here is where the beach chairs and umbrella are located for our guests.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a new comfortable king bed as well as bunk beds for extra guests. Comfortably sleeps 4 and very kid friendly. If you are traveling with an infant there is a pack and play available for our guests.

There’s two bathrooms in the unit, one is a half bath and the second is a large full bath located in the bedroom. Plenty of towels are provided.

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large park right across the street where kids and run and play for hours. Within the block is the Clearwater Beach Rec Center with a pool with a small water park with slides for kids. There’s also basketball courts and tennis courts at the REC center. All within the block.
