House features all kitchen amenities needed to stay in or cookout. Master bed with king bed, futon and on suite bath. Bedroom 1 with a queen bedroom. Bedroom 2 with twin bunk beds and a queen bed. Highchair, pack n play, 3 beach chairs and a few games provided.
15 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 25 min drive to Honeymoon Island, 15 min drive to John's pass and Madiera Beach. Tampa international is 34 min drive or you can fly into PIE just 23 min away.
This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just couple blocks away either direction from shopping centers with good options or just drive to the beach 3.7 miles away and enjoy cruising down Gulf Blvd. Indian Rocks Beach or Sand Keys beach feature the beautiful white sand. Stop at Shepards for good food, music and sunset. The original Caddys in Treasure Island or Sloppy Joe's is another staple. After a long day at the beach come enjoy the pool at the house.
My house is a well lived in comfortable home. Having say that is it perfect, no. We maintain our home on a regular and provide the services to do so. Our pool has some paint chipping off of the surface and does need to be redone. We provide a vacuum that should be plugged in and working. If a guests Removes it we ask they reinstall or have the pool company to do so when they are there twice a week. Along with other of pool and beach toys etc. It's always gorgeous in Florida and there are no bad days! Enjoy your vacation, explore new things, and make memories.
