Be the first to book a stay at Sea Breeze Condominium #404, a spacious 2BR, 2Bath renovated unit (August 2023) which comfortably sleeps 6 people. The open floor plan has been tastefully remodeled with beautiful beach finishes done by a local designer. Take in the fiery sunrise that lights the morning sky bright orange, or the breathtaking cotton candy blue and pink sunset from the comfort of your private balcony in this beachfront, gulf facing unit. Experience living steps away from the sugar sand beaches that cool your feet on even the hottest days. Go for a relaxing morning walk and dip your toes in the calming blue-green water as the dolphins frolic nearby. Looking for activities? Every day presents a new adventure, including water sports, fishing, boating, kite surfing and more. Sea Breeze on Madeira Beach comes equipped with a pool, jacuzzi, bbq grills, bocce ball court, outdoor space, ample parking, and laundry (same floor as the unit). Walkability is second to none! The location of the condo was perfect. Steps to the beach and about 4 blocks from John's Pass shopping and dining.The condo was stocked with the necessary items in the kitchen as well as for the beach and the beds were very comfortable. Jeffrey responded to the few questions I had very quickly.

Our family had an amazing week in Madeira Beach. Jeffery’s condo is conveniently located to many local attractions. The condo was clean and had all of the items needed for our stay. We especially loved the beach umbrella and chairs. Thanks for helping us experience a great vacation!

Perfect family getaway

We had the perfect stay here. Right on the beach and everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the waves each night was the perfect wind down each night. Beds were very comfy. We would definitely go back when staying in the area again. Any questions we had were all answered quickly.

Enjoyed our stay! Just as described. Easy walk to John’s Pass. Easy walk on beach. Air conditioner stopped working but owner immediately had it checked and fixed!! Very easy to communicate with owner. Lovely place.

The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean. Conveniently located with access to good restaurants. Boardwalk Cafe had amazing Grouper bites, lobster roll, and shrimp po-boy.

We love this area and this is the best place we have been in this area so far.We really enjoyed our stay, watching lots of dolphins from the balcony everyday was gourgeous.
