Awesome Host, House,& Location

Overall the house is spacious, clean, and perfectly located from the beach where you don’t have to deal with the traffic but quick drive to beach… the hostess was every accommodating and we would stay here 100% !!

Perfect Vacation

House was conveniently located to restaurants and the water! We brought 2 trucks and a 22 ft pontoon boat so parking was a bit tight but we managed fine. We enjoyed the pool which was surprisingly deep at 8 foot in the deep end.

Perfect Location for a Reunion

We had a military veteran reunion and this was the perfect place to stay. From the beginning, the host was friendly and answered all of my questions. The property is beautifully laid out and close to everything. We stayed for four days and I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to this area. This will be a yearly get-together so I hope we are able to reserve again for next year!

Conveniently located and well-appointed home away from home.

We stayed here with members of our extended family for a week. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and located in a great place with nearby walking/running routes, easy drive to ZooTampa and multiple aquariums, etc. at the end of a hot day, the pool was a great place to cool down and unwind. Communication with the host was well above what we’d expected and she was quickly able to answer any of our questions.

Friendly family house

We enjoyed our stay with two other relatives and families when we are in Florida for a family gathering. Since we were all from different states, this house allowed us to spend family bonding times. The pool was great gathering spot.The host was a very good communicator. She alway responded and try to provide assistance as much as she could.The only suggestion I have is to provide more paper products for the kitchen and baths.

Cute & Relaxing

We booked this trip as a quick family vacation and the house was perfect! With the amount of bedrooms and beds it was nice and spacious and has everything needed! Clean and comfortable, the house had some games and puzzles…but we went for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. There were a few pool toys and nice deep water!! The house location was great, less than 15 minutes from the Tampa/St. Pete airport and about 25 minutes to Clearwater beach. The grocery store was 5 minutes away, just around the block. Communication was easy, well for sure be back!!

Clearwater June 2025

The house was once but not really updated but everything worked fine,. Pool area could use some attention as some of the lanai screams were torn. The pool deck could use a good power wash. But who knows it may be scheduled. We felt like the exterior home need some repairs. The landscape needs trimmed and cleaned uo as well.Over all we were satifisfied as there were 7 of us and needed the large house.

Comfy stay

My family wanted to take my momOut for Mother’s Day so book this house for 9 people. Lots of room for everyone. Beds was comfortable. Pool was clean and big. Wish we had more time to stay

the house was really nice and when any problems came upthe owner of the home was on the ball she would always answer my emails very fast if you want a great place to stay that is close to spring training with the phillies this is the place and the pool is an added bonus

Venus was a great host! She responded quickly to questions. Spacious property to spend with family. Great amenities and extras like beach umbrella and beach towels were appreciated. Clean pool and quiet neighborhood.

Great Family Vacation

This house worked perfectly for our family ages 6 months-86 years old! Everyone had comfortable, clean beds and spacious bedrooms and it was very accessible for everyone! We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We also loved being able to drive to the beach, and to Tampa easily for a variety of things to do! We would certainly recommend and would book again!

Excellent for a multi-family party

The property owner had excellent communication. Before, during, and at the end, she was clear and concise about what to expect and what was expected. We were there during a cold snap and couldn't use the pool, but it was lovely to walk around and dream of using! The multi-bedroom/bathroom setup was very good for the number of family members we had. Loved that bedrooms were on both sides of the living room instead of all in one area. The master bathroom had the best lights and mirror/medicine cabinet I've seen. Loved it. Neighborhood was easy to get anywhere from and quiet and tree lined at the same time. Would happily stay again.

2024 Florida trip

The house was perfect for us size wise etc but we unfortunately had to change places of stay six months prior as our normally place of stay is being taken down by new owners. We were only two walking blocks from the beach which just works better for us. Thank you again for a great house though if only it was in our normal area.

Quick weekend trip

We traveled the weekend after Thanksgiving and the house was amazing. Our kids especially loved the heated pool!! The location was great, close to Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Spring and the airport. The house was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Oasis

Place was very clean well maintained! Has a nice pool. Venus checked in on us to make sure everything was good, let us know if we needed anything to let her know. We had family of 10 it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

First, the home is much more spacious than it appears in the photos! We had a large group and were able to spread out. It was fantastic! The screened in pool area was awesome. No creepy critters swimming with you. Beautiful sunsets. Time will spent on a much needed vacay.
