Great Condo, Great Location

As a family of 3, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Water view, close to everything and great paths for walking.

A restful stay in St. Pete

The property was almost perfect. There was a problem with the refrigerator and the rental agent was totally on it. Their communication was excellent. The owners have left a good deal of their belongings at the site and there was no kitchen cabinet space and the second bedroom closet had clutter. The lock box on the door bangs on the front door with wind and is marring the door frame. The original listing described a king bed, but upon reading the detail, the primary bedroom indeed has a queen sized bed. Other than those minor issues, it was a great unit. The view is nice from the balcony and allows boat and people watching on the beach.
