Girls Trip

This rental was beautiful and the perfect location. We were able to get to the beaches and restaurants easily and also enjoy time in the pool. We loved the house and pool so much we stayed in Saturday and opted for the pool instead of a second beach day.

The property is cozy and with all amenities needed for a multi family vacation. The pool is heated and stays comfortable. The house is only about 5 minutes from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great place!

Great place, close to beaches and shopping. Love the pool, hottub, grilling station and the firepit... I cannot think of anything i would have changed... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great house and layout for the whole family. 7 adults and one child and plenty of room for everyone. Close to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburgamd Tampa! Management got back to me right away with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again!

Relaxing & Refreshing

Our family really enjoyed the house. The description of the house was spot on. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area was plenty big enough for our family of ten. The pool and hot tub were used each day. And the 3 head shower in the master bedroom was utilized by all, especially the grandkids. It will be very hard to top this house for our next family vacation in this area.

Best Ever!!

With a family of 12, vacations can be challenging, especially finding lodging to accommodate us all. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. Even with 12 people, we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was clean, absolutely beautiful, conveniently located, and the pool… amazing!!! We enjoyed movie nights outside, big family dinners made in the gorgeous kitchen.. I really can’t say enough good things!! Thank you for having us, we will definitely come back next year!!

a wonderful place to gather as a family for our grandaughter's graduation from nursing school. Plenty of space for out-of-town guests and close to 3 local families. Very clean, well-appointed kitchen. The pool, the patio, the hot tub, the indoor open concept area, and the grill station, loved the various gathering spaces and safe outdoor area for children to play away from the pool area. Would love to book again just to have all the family together. in such an easy place to gather while also having space

Super family getaway!

Sunny Retreat is a clean, spacious, and family-friendly home. Just minutes from beautiful Indian Rock beach, the house is its own little paradise surrounded by paradise. Our family enjoyed hours in the backyard pool and gathering area, meals were easy to assemble in the well-appointed kitchen where the appliances, cookware and tools were a definite cut above most other vacation homes I’ve been in. The bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, and the master shower with three shower heads can (and often did) accommodate three happy kids. Five stars!

Amazing!

The house was exactly as it shows in the pictures and probably a little better! We had two families stay in this house so the set up was perfect! My brother and his girls stayed on the other side of the house and the barn door was great to separate the house, it made it like their own apartment! The sliding doors and windows made the indoor/outdoor living spaces so cool! All around great house! Minutes from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants! Will be booking again for sure!
