“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“The hotel is under construction and for the a major renovation they are doing great. The issue I have with this place is the staff is rude from the GM down to front desk except Trevor. He went above and beyond and showed exceptional hospitality skills. They have a deposit policy that is borderline criminal. Upon check in the have a sign for $150 deposit. The room was $47 on Expedia. They ended up just charging $100. I extended my stay by paying for an additional day through Expedia the night……

“We take a “staycation” here each summer from Tampa. Great staff! The fact that we see the same servers, bartenders, and front desk staff from year to year speaks volumes about the quality of the organization. They LIKE working here. Great pub food (including wonderful breakfast), great beer selection and creative bartenders (full bar). Don’t even get me started on the pool area with cabanas and full bar. Sit at the ample bar, relax in a chaise. Enjoy! Finally, location, location, location! Walk……

“The location is spectacular for the price! You're only a few blocks from practically anywhere you want to be. I stayed in the "newer" part of the property for 4th of July fireworks. The bar in the lobby and the rooftop bar was rocking. The staff did an absolutely amazing job managing all the traffic. The room itself was brand new and so was everything in it. It was styled perfectly and spotlessly clean. The only suggestions I would make is it would be great to have a ceiling fan in the room.……
