Fabulous getaway in Indian Rocks Beach

It was a perfect getaway for my kids, aged 2 and 6. We loved the proximity to the beach, water park and restaurants. We had a fun-filled week and can’t wait to come back again!

Very roomy, nicely decorated, the extra large rooftop deck was an awesome bonus. We would stay here again. Only thing was the floors were dirty, our feet and socks would instantly turn brown after walking in the house.

Exceptional IRB condo

Beautiful view and condo in Indian Rock Beach. Location is perfect to walk to beach, eat, or catch the trolley. There was so nuch to do in the area we didn’t even use our rental car while in the area. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful stay. Weather was perfect and the condo was amazing. The balcony views and private patio views were a hit. Would definitely book again. Host was very quick to respond when we had light/fan issue. He had maintenance there within half hour. Condo is perfect for two couples. Separation of bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.

Absolutely Gorgeous

This by far the best place we have stayed in and around Clearwater. This Condo had everything even the waterpark passes were used> Couples retreat and we had a blast in the water park. Just minutes to beach and the views from the private rooftop balcony was Stunning. I really can't say enough about this condo even the communication with Host was one of the best. Can't wait to come back

We very much enjoyed our stay. The directions to find the unit were a little challenging and we arrive super late so that didn’t help. But that was the only hiccup the whole time! Unit was very nice, clean, spacious, well decorated… towels provided, etc. The location is amazing! Walkable restaurants, the beach, CVS, etc. we had a great time and will be back!

The unit was beautiful, it is in a very nice condo. This unit gives a great view of the ocean and bay. We loved the patio and sundeck. My children loved the waterpark. We would definitely stay again. Host is responsive when messaged to book an additional night to have late check out. The only thing I would suggest is updating beach chairs but that is minor, I was grateful to have a wagon and chairs to take on the short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful as always!

This is our third year in a row staying at this property. When we asked the kids where they wanted to go it was unanimous. The unit is large enough for our family of seven and also has a private balcony that is the envy of all the other guests. We enjoy being able to alternate between the water park and the beach without ever having to get in a vehicle. The property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns.

Too good to be true!

We found and booked our stay at the last minute. I was couldn’t believe it was available on such short notice, it seemed too good to be true. It was the perfect stay. I don’t have a single complaint. It was spotless and close to the beach. Great location! I had a few questions and even forgot a bag, I received answers to my emails right away. We can’t wait to return. The perfect vacation.

Overall excellent unit for party of 5 adults. Kitchen very well equiped with all the necessary appliances and tools - only 1 pot needs fixing/replacement. Washer/dryer was useful given rainy days and unexpected wet clothes. Living area spacious and comfortable couch, dinning table, and extra seating space. Master bedroom mattress way too soft and lumpy for me, but other room 2 beds were fine. Bathroom showers were awesome and loved how clean everything was. Beautiful property too - building, pool, rooftop deck. Loved it - overall ready to go back!!
