“Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front……

“THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAD ALL THE AMENITIES NEEDED. BOTH POOLS WERE EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF AT THE RESORT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.”

The room needed some upgrades but overall it was a comfortable stay. Be aware of mosquitos getting in your room!”

“En general aparte de que no ay alimentos niguno serca no ay restauratn ni bar en el hoter solo en la.piscina sin musica ni entrantes nada muy mala esperincia pot.lo demas la.isla.si es bonita sus playas y servicio de taxi aunque costoso y los alimentos tanto en mercado.como en los restaurante costosos y de calidad media segun tambien los regionales de la isla .,igual fue una experiencia mas.. volveria avenir. On mas.ecperiencia y por supuesto otro hotel gracias ”
