「The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.」
「The Buoy Haus is a beautiful place to relax. And also with full access at the Westin you get the best of both worlds. Tranquil and serene with great rooms, pools, bars and fun. Beautiful resort close enough to anything in a taxi. Only note…breakfast and lunch are great but skip the Isla restaurant upstairs and go to Oceana or SeaSalt for dunner. The only downside. The staff are super friendly and helpful!」
