「The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829! 」

My stay at the Westin was extremely disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. This was far from a luxury experience.
The room had a noticeable moldy smell and could definitely use a dehumidifier. I reported the issue, but no one ever came to address it, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

「We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy. We will definitely be returning :)」
